I have been invited to open up for Sleazy McQueen in Ensenada, Mexico at the infamous Eurobar. I’ll be selecting tunes alongside my friend Joe Rodriguez as well. Really excited about playing South of the border for the first time! Have a listen to Sleazy’s latest mix to see what he is all about.

I am honored to take my love and passion for music to the Amoeba store in Hollywood for an in store DJ set. This place has been a big part of nurturing my music passion, and plenty of my records were dug out from Amoeba. Really excited about this! I will be DJing from 7:30 to 9:00pm, Friday February 1st.

This Thursday, Thomas PM returns from NYC after his gig at Jacques Renault’s renowned Let’s Play House Parties where he shared the decks with Throne of Blood label head James Friedman. Thomas will be joined by Headinghome Recordings label head Leonard Donjuan, aka Hawkeye, and myself. Anything goes, as far as the record selection is concerned. But do expect quality!

September 3, 2012 Summer Wrap Up (Mix Download)

I have returned from my trip and have been savoring the sweet memories. I tried my best to keep away from the tourist traps, I always prefer a sobering and humbling experience over a glitzy one. The highlight had to be Crimea, Ukraine because of how much I learned about the place. It is a beautiful region with a lot of history. Along the way I had a few gigs in Greece and Ukraine. Both were beautiful beach bars with a thumping sound-system. I won’t be soon forgetting those gigs! Check out some video and a mix of the tunes I played at my gigs. (I used a Vladimir Vysotsky record I picked up in Moscow for the intro and outro).

I will be laying down my dose of distinguishable dance music in the historic Exchange LA venue from 12:30 to 2:00am in the DISCO room. This gig is a bit last minute and the rest of the DJs are unknown to me, so at risk of bringing people out to a club where the rest of the music is questionably indistinguishable, just make sure to come by for the HABITUATE DJ SET.
